  1. I am also surprised that this program has it’s own voice. I kinda expected a generic yoga program. Zoe inspires a good vibe. I recently read that Harvard University estimates that in one hour of yoga a person of 70 kilos burns about 298 kilocalories compared to 600 spent pedaling in the same time. “The muscular activity of yoga is higher than that of rest. But we should know that it’s always within a low range.
