  1. It will be of great help to those who are planning a home gym. I was impressed with the quiet stretching based on the stereotype of yoga, but the dynamic sequencing method is interesting. Relaxing the muscles while the heart is always beating seems to have a great effect. It’s an unusual way of working out in an online way. Would recommend to my wife as well.
