    Basically, I found the topic very suitable for me.

    I am planning to print those best 4 poses that you showed on this post.

    They will be a good start for me. Hopefully, I can do the plank. The three others seems doable.

    I want to start tomorrow. I am bookmarking your site to find out if I can develop to do more poses. I have  a little impairment on the left side muscles by the way. But I think I can do some basic post for exercise and sleep improvement.

    • Happy to hear you loved the post 🙂 The poses should be pretty easy. Something important to keep in mind is that you shouldn’t try to do them perfectly from the get-go. Some tips for the plank: If you find it very difficult, use a knee for a bit. The other thing is that you can do it as it should – but start with a short time and increase it as you get more comfortable. Let me know how you go!
