Just breathe Original short film that helps children deal with emotions

This exercise will make you understand how good it is to keep your children mindful so that they are emotionally healthy:

It’s hard to express emotions at any age. And, it is an even greater challenge to discover for the first time what and how we are feeling when we have grief or anger. This is why the duo titled this short film of only 4 minutes as “Solo Respira”.

They both created this video because they were inspired by a conversation, they heard from their 5-year-old son. The little boy was talking to a friend and telling him how his emotions affected different parts of his brain and how to calm down through simple breaths.

That’s when they realized they had to spread the word about this topic to get all schools to teach children this important social meaning.

How do you reconcile your emotions when you’re sad or angry? Do you have any tips you’d like to share?
