  1. I think that in the short -term, to kick start a diet, doing a 21-day smoothie diet can be a good idea. Just to get that metabolism and weight loss started and to detox from bad food. But if later on I don’t change my diet, it would be a waste of time, in my opinion. I think also that the advantage of a smoothie diet would be that you don’t need to think about what I’m going to eat, you just buy the groceries on the list and make your smoothies, and that’s it, saves me some time;-) thank you for this revieuw!
