  1. For some time now I have seen so many articles about yoga and I’m very much interested in it looking at the benefits that come with it. I really would love to go with these tips and first I’ll bookmark this article and great a schedule to go about it when I finally started. Are there any specific app for mobile phones that can assist with the yoga exercises? 

    • Glad to hear you found value in the article. The big trick to beginning is just to start. It will feel awkward, but practicing yoga at home you have the luxury of taking your time to perfect the poses. As for mobile apps, I don’t use any for yoga so unfortunately can’t recommend any. Best advice I can give is to do a Google search and read reviews and choose the one you think fits your needs the best.
